Looking for a Leatherworking Costumer

One of my co-workers is looking to have the following costume made for this Halloween:

She's a pretty petite gal, so at least it cuts down on the amount of raw materials required. She'd love to get it done in leather (or a good facimile) so if you or anyone you know could do this, I'd love to put you in contact ASAP.
